Los Angeles Rat Removal

I called at 11:00am for a rodent inspection, Travis arrived at 1:00 the same day, and he was done inspecting 40 minutes later (garage, attic, crawl space, roof etc.). Travis was knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, friendly, and HONEST. We felt a lot better after he inspected everything, gave us his assessment and set up a few traps. I would definitely use them and Travis again!

What a great service! I can now sleep without the sound of horrible rats eating away at my walls and electrical wires. It was a nightmare over here! Dylan from ACAT is the best! He went deep into the recesses of my crawl space where no one wanted to venture into before and got the suckers! Ultra professional, prompt, really nice person and great job done. Robert at All City Animal Trapping (ACAT) was one of the best service professionals I have every worked with. Not only was he prompt, he was flexible on time windows. He was efficient, friendly and reassuring in a situation where I had rats in the crawl space over my kitchen. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I had a problem with Rats in the walls & attic of my house being from a farm myself there were things I could not do to eradicate the problem so I called these guys . Scott came out several times and within a short time the rats were GONE and I was able to get some much needed sleep ! A few things about this guy Scott , he is an utmost professional and went over & beyond the call of duty . He did a complete and thorough job and I would highly recommend him for anything when it comes to this type of work , he really loves what he does and that is important ( this guy should have his own business ! ) If I have any other problems in the future ( hopefully I won't ) but if I did ? I'm calling Scott ! One of the nicest , hardworking , and honest guys that I know of in this type of work . Thank you Scott , you've got my endorsement .

Had the roof redone on a house where one of my tenants lives which left some gaps that allowed some rats to get in. Dylan was sent out by the company. He showed up on time, explained what he typically did in these situations after having a look around the attic. They way they do their piecemeal pricing may be one of the most unique things about the company. This isn't the forum to explain it, but I feel its very fair and works out in such a way that I don't think you are going to pay for a lot of unnecessary work. The whole job of setting the traps, plugging all the holes (which he worked hard to locate) ended up costing under $300, which I feel is very good for the amount of work that was put in and the very good results.

Dylan genuinely understood how the parts of the house you don't see fit together, and he was patient and took the time to explain it to us and why one option was better than another. If nothing else, I think this company is 100% honest and I think the other reviews bear this out. But they have a lot of other things to recommend them, like returning calls in timely manner, showing up on time, keeping the workspace clean, etc.

I called All City after noticing an uninvited rodent friend visiting our kitchen at night. We have lived in our house for 10 years and never has had this happen before. Our kitchen is always kept nice and clean so I wasn't sure what attracted this uninvited guest. I believe I spoke with Vic first and was told that someone will contact me right away about a home visit. Sure enough, Sean called and was able to come by on the same day.

Sean attentively listened to my concerns and offered his thoughts on the problem. He then walked me around the outside perimeter of the house to show me the holes from where the rodent might have accessed our home. He climbed on and inspected the top of our roof, he went to the attic and shared with me his recommendations. He even gave me advice on how we could fix an air conditioning pipe ourselves to save money. He answered all my questions with no hesitation. Never was he pushy or trying to sell me on any rodent control packages or future maintenance programs which I appreciated very much. He was very professional and completed his agreed work in a speedy manner. I am glad to say that our guest did not visit our kitchen last night...And hopefully never again!

Overall, a great experience to a very worrisome problem. We will definitely recommend All City and especially Sean to all our friends and family!

First thing I'd like to say, "Thank you All City Animal Trapping!!" With The weather changing for winter in came the rattling, scratching, and pure chaos in the walls, and ceiling of my home. It sounded so loud that I couldn't have imagined it being anything smaller than a Racoon or an opossum! I called (All City Animal Trapping) as they were the top pic! Due to all their reviews that I read through, it was a easy choice for me to choose them, and to give them a call.
Within no time, BEN called me to set up an appointment for that same day. With their quick response to my issue, along with BEN, and his vast knowledge of these critters. He was able to figure out the problem, and he also explained it all to me in detail. To help educate me on the wildlife surrounding my home. Even with all that noise made it Turned out to be Rats !!!!!!!!! BEN located over six separate areas that the Rats were getting in from. Only an expert could have found them on the perimeter of my home. Not only did BEN quote the repair work needed to keep them out for good, he was able to seal up all the openings on the spot for an amazingly low price!! I can't express how great my family and I feel for meeting such an honest Company with such great customer service, and amazing Technicians!!

My 1920s house had mice and rats. We could smells them throughout the house. Robert came out and set traps, blocked all of the ways for the mice to get back in. He even built a screen frame for the crawl space (accessed from outside) to make sure nothing got back in. All City Animal Trapping and Robert has always been fast and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Cole is amazing! I chose ACAT because of their awesome online reviews and I'm so glad I did. I called and spoke with Ken who answered all of my questions right away and got me in contact with Cole. Cole is knowledgeable, very nice, and just a great guy overall! He actually cared about us and our situation, and I am just glad to have met such a cool guy honestly. I called several exterminators because I had a rodent problem and really worried about choosing the right company. If anyone is in the same predicament, choose ACAT! Called them for a rat problem in the attic, Robert was able to come out the same day. He was professional, patched up some holes, and set the traps in the attic. Luckily he didn't find much evidence of rats/mice but we can hear them at night, so we know that they're up there. But not for long....

I have used other trapping companies before however Rob M. From All City Animal Trapping was by far the most professional, informed, and clean technician I have encountered.

We had an infestation of mice at the office and the previous animal trapper was not able to fix the problem but Rob did in just two appointments. I have not since seen a mouse and it's been over a few months. Thanks Rob and thanks All City!

Great fast service, clean n prompt and very knowledgeable!

I first went with a company called AMJ Bee and wildlife control and I did not like their service. I feel as if they were to money hungry, they never answered my calls, and they don't even come when they say they will be there, which messed up my schedule. He told me one time he couldn't hear his phone because it was on vibrate and his music was loud. Can you say unprofessional. He even left his notebook at my house and didn't answer his phone then.

I kept hearing something crawl over my bedroom. I first thought it was birds, then I saw a squirrel so I called so they could trap him. I told them to check my attack and he never did; however because the trap caught the squirrel I was happy and paid the 260 to have the hole covered. So a day or two later I heard crawling noises again. I was under warranty so they came back out. This time a different guy came out and checked my attic and saw rat droppings. He told me the other guy doesn't check attics, excuse me, who works for a wildlife rescue company and don't check attics. I was a little pissed by then. So he then tells me it will cost me 450 bucks to catch the rats and seal up any holes. He chapped my ass by then and I was like hell to the no. He tried to bargain with me and even texted me telling me he could do it on the side. By this time I was fed up with them.

So I called around and went with All City Animal Trapping and I couldn't be happier. I called them and they said one of the guys would call me shortly and he did. He said he would come by and he did. His name was Travis (a cutie too) he checked the outside of the house, the attic, the inside of the house, and the roof. He plugged up any holes he saw and set out traps in my attic. He is coming by tomorrow to check the traps. They answer the phones, they call you back, they come on time. To be so busy and fighting with crazy animals and bugs all day, they have good customer service skills.

I waited over a month before writing this review to make sure our problem has really been solved, and it has!

My uncle needed help with a serious rat problem that had been going on for years and he lives in a very old house. He had a complete infestation because he had let it go so long. It was at the point where the rats didn't even worry about being seen anymore.

He doesn't like to have people in his home and doesn't trust many people, so it was a challenge to get him to accept the help. I called All City and let them know that I needed someone who could work well with him and they set me up with Robert. Robert got back to me within the day and set up a time to meet with my uncle within two days. My uncle was very happy with him and felt that he was fair and a respectable young man. It was a huge job to undertake, and Robert patched everything up, cleaned the attic and basement, and cleared out the rats by the end of the next week. I can't believe how quickly he solved this problem that had been going on for years. I am so thankful and my family is thankful.

We had a huge rat problem to the point where my daughter would be scared to fall asleep at night because of the scratching. All City Animal Trapping brought over a nice young man named Sean who seemed to give us valuable information and walk us through the process of eliminating the pests! He even made my daughter laugh and let her know there would be no more scratching after he came around. I'm so pleased with this company and their compassionate employees! I recommend this to anyone in need of getting rid of pests and anyone is search of trustworthy and pleasant employees.

a rat got in my house the other day and i called animal trapping and they were at my house the very next day and the rat was caught and removed within 24 hours. Travis was especially helpful in making multiple trips to my house to set the traps, check them, and remove very fast. they were also half the cost of the other people i called and much faster on site. i would definitely use them again.

DON'T BE A HERO. HIRE A PROFESSIONAL. By the time I called All City Animal Trapping, my family and I were desperate. After a few months trial and error, including calling our regular exterminator, and a whole lot of denial, our little rat problem turned into a very big one.

A rat infestation is no laughing matter, as anyone who's had one can tell you. I had a feeling that we were in over our heads. I had done some research and found All City Animal Trapping. I tried to convince my husband that they could help us, but it was too late. He had a score to settle, something personal "between him and the rat", he said, as if there was just one! And just like that, he set out some rat poison. We will never do this again.

A week later, Trapper Jordan arrived to track down the dead rats that were rotting somewhere behind the walls, under the house. Like I said, I was desperate. The smell of the dead rat(s) was more than we could bear. This is good state to be in for someone to take advantage of you, but Trapper Jordan did not. As soon as he arrived with his accomplice, Rio, I knew that everything was going to be okay.

He showed me all of the places the rats were nesting in my house, and the damage that they had done. He even let me photograph everything. It was horrifying, but he demystified the whole ordeal and gave me options, and peace of mind. He didn't try to confuse me and charge me for a whole bunch of things that I didn't understand.

With my permission, he had to put a couple of holes in my kitchen walls to find the smelly beasts. He was very conscientious during this process, as it is not easy to watch someone destroy your house looking for a needle in a haystack. He was very careful to keep the damage minimal. What a pro. I felt I could trust his judgment, even if he didn't find anything.....

but he did!!!

He found two dead rats, including the 10 lb stinker which was rotting right under the fridge, full of maggots. I don't know how I missed that one. I had taken the back of the fridge out the day before, and couldn't find anything. He also showed me where she had been nesting in the insulation of my stove. GROSS!!!

I am so grateful to Jordan and All City Trapping for ending this nightmare once and for all. I had a feeling from the reviews that everybody over there were good people. I highly recommend them for all of your live or dead wild animal needs! They can also entertain you with some great stories.

They dispatched Dylan to my house..........he quickly and effectively surveyed the situation and took care of my rat problem with lightning precision and a courteous and professional manner.....very clean. I recommend all city to all my friends....

I rarely have the time to stop and type out a review. However, "Cole" at All City Animal Trapping was so above and beyond professional, effective, friendly and extraordinary, that I had to write this review. I'm an attorney in Los Angeles, and I have no connection or relationship with All City whatsoever; I just think Cole deserves this review. I called them on a weekend; a Saturday, no less. I had a rat that had found his way into our home and was in our pantry cabinet, feasting on our crackers, pasta, etc. I saw him and he was not small. Anyway, Cole called me and spent the time to assess the situation. He arrived within an hour or so, the moment he finished the job he was on. He set the traps, explained what we were going to do, and could not have been friendlier (and making us feel at ease with this situation). Sure enough, as he predicted, we caught the rat that evening, and I called Cole. I am very handy around the house and have no problem handling dead rats and disposing of them, but this one was a different situation. Cole came right over and retrieved and disposed of that rat. And, by the way, Cole is a compassionate person; I could tell that even though it was a rat in a house and needed to be disposed of, he felt sorry for the little guy. (I'm an animal defender, so these issues are tough for me.) Cole showed he cared about getting rid of the problem, but also that he cared, period A special person. So, I would recommend All City Animal Trapping, and Cole, without hesitation, and they certainly deserve a full Five Star Rating. Thanks, guys. Tom
